nita-headshotI am a private chef, trained in San Francisco, and I’ve had the incredible opportunity to work with some of the most knowledgeable folks in the wine business at 56 Degree Wine in Bernardsville, NJ for over 8 years. After a few years of absorbing the knowledge of my colleagues and mentors, my path led me to acquire my Sommelier Certification through the Court of Master Sommeliers. Today, I am utilizing my experience and knowledge to consult and facilitate wine lists and product lists within the restaurant and retail industries; representing fabulous portfolios for wholesale distributors and importers of fine wines. I support local farmers and am always on a search for the freshest and most seasonal ingredients. I love to explore culinary destinations that take advantage of the land’s bounty. I consider fine food and wine as works of art; masterpieces created by the most talented artists. My fabulous husband and 2 adorable daughters are my biggest fans and supporters, and they are the ones that make it possible for me to be so passionate about what I love.
