About Me
I am a private chef, trained in San Francisco, and I have the incredible opportunity today to work with some of the most knowledgeable folks in the wine business at 56 Degree Wine in Bernardsville, NJ. My 5+ years of absorbing the knowledge of my colleagues and mentors has led me to acquire my Sommelier Certification through the Court of Master Sommeliers. I support local farmers and am always on a search for the freshest and most seasonal ingredients. I love to explore culinary destinations that take advantage of fresh, local produce and farm to table concepts. I consider fine food and wine as works of art; masterpieces created by the most talented artists. My fabulous husband and 2 adorable daughters are my biggest fans and supporters, and they are the ones that make it possible for me to be so passionate about what I love.
